The great room, dining hall, games room and gym open directly toward the alfresco, pool, lawn and recreation precinct.

Ground Floor Garage Constitution
Each family garage must have weather-protected internal access. Visitor parking, drop-off bays and service parking remain separate from the seven permanent resident spaces.
Ground Floor Design Decisions
- Residence A remains principally or entirely on the ground floor.
- The central pavilion forms the visual and functional heart of the estate.
- The prayer room and library occupy a quieter edge overlooking a reflection garden.
- Theatre, games room and gym are grouped nearer the active outdoor precinct.
- The kitchen complex connects directly to dining, alfresco and the concealed service spine.
- The seven resident garage spaces are fixed and cannot be reduced.
- Visitors are prevented from entering private family circulation routes.
- All future architectural drawings must coordinate with these planning rules.
