ADO-001 — Architectural Design Brief
1. Project Vision
The Goliath Family Legacy Precinct consists of four architecturally identical, environmentally responsible single-storey homes on four adjacent residential lots. The project exists to establish a lasting family legacy founded on equality, stewardship, independence, faith and family unity.
2. Core Client Objective
Design one signature home to be built four times. Each home must be equal in floor area, architectural quality, materials, sustainability, landscaping, infrastructure and long-term adaptability.

4. Architectural Character
Modern Australian Contemporary, influenced by Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Noosa architecture. The design language shall use strong horizontal rooflines, generous overhangs, natural stone, warm timber, light render, charcoal roofing, black-framed glazing and seamless indoor-outdoor living.
5. Equality Standard
No home may be superior or inferior to another. The central principle is: Equal in Love. Equal in Opportunity. Equal in Legacy.

7. Functional Priorities
The home must support large family gatherings, working from home, children and grandchildren, privacy, entertaining, low maintenance and long-term adaptability.
8. Buildability
The structural and roof geometry must be logical, efficient and consistent. Every floor plan, elevation, section, perspective and interior view must originate from one coordinated architectural master model.
